Herbal Medicines
I use medicines I have consciously collected to use in my practice- this includes things like mugwort that grows wild in Oregon for my Moxibustion, native Angelica root for lineaments and salves, and a plethora of other herbals used in massage oils, space clearing herbs , tinctures and herbal infusions for teas. I typically do not use essential oils, I feel they are readily available and given everyone has access, I feel using infused oils are more nourishing and there is less of a risk of adding to many drops to the bucket.
Chinese Herbal Medicine has been fine-tuned over millenia and provides a powerful way to compliment other healing work. I will be carrying herbal patent formulas and can order tailored formulas through Golden Cabinet and have them mailed to you for a minimal shipping charge. This is a fantastic option if you want granule herbs. I will soon be carrying formulas for purchase, including pediatric formulas.

Herbs and Diet
I am an advocate of using herbal medicine as food; to incorporate vibrant medicines into the diet is a profound step towards wellness. I encourage the use of easy-to find plant medicines into the diet, and for patients to take their healing into their own hands and into the kitchen.
